Good for the heart but also beneficial for gum infections. When either I or a family member has gum issues, we take one softgel daily until it's resolved (and continue for at least a week after). I also open a softgel and apply the liquid directly to the problematic gum area twice a day. Another essential use: if you or someone you care about is on statins for cholesterol, it’s crucial to take Q10/ubiquinol regularly as it helps mitigate the damage caused by statins.
